Exporting your Vault
We believe in strict Data Sovereignty. While Memoria Orbis is fully managed, eliminating the need for you to maintain databases or API endpoints, the knowledge you archive within our system belongs absolutely to you.
1. JSON Raw Export
For developers or those migrating to other local-first PKM (Personal Knowledge Management) tools, you can download a complete, unadulterated JSON dump of your entire hierarchy.
This includes:
- Message IDs, Timestamps, and Platform Identifiers
- Your exact Context Windows mapping
- Tags and Entities matrices
2. Markdown Flattening
If your goal is to ingest this data into tools like Obsidian or Logseq, we offer a specialized Markdown
export format. This compiles every memory into a clean .md file, utilizing standard YAML
Frontmatter to handle metadata properties such as dates and Platform Jump Links.
3. Document PDF
For high-fidelity archival or easy reading on any device, you can export your memories as beautifully formatted PDF documents. This is ideal for preserving conversations in a print-ready format.
4. Execution
You do not need to submit a ticket. Inside the PHP client portal, navigate to your Settings > Data Ownership, select your target format, and authenticate the export using your platform identity.
